For Sale: 1934 Ford 4-Dr Touring in Central, Virginia for sale in Hinton, VA

1 of 20
Vehicle Description 1934 FORD One-Off coach builder Holbrook of Wolverhampton This is a very special one of a kind 1934 Ford was built for the Olympia Auto Show stand for 1934.
Olympia was the most prestigious of the London automobile salon events.
It was custom bodied by Holbrook of Wolverhampton and has a sliding sunroof and a leather four passenger true sport sedan interior.
It is RHD.
It has always been a flathead V-8 powered car.
Engine number R1191281P.
Interestingly, even though it is titled and presented with 1934 paperwork, the radiator shell is that of a 1933, leading me to believe that the chassis is actually a 1933 and presumably the car wasn't finished until the 1934 season.
It does have a later 59A flathead.
After WW2, these late version V-8 Ford flatheads were very plentiful as WW2 surplus and offered significantly more HP, hence upgrading to these units was common place.
The car is solid, runs well and drives fine, but the cosmetics are a bit shabby and should be refreshed.
Sold with good title.
Stored in Central Virginia.
